Kate Carman is passionate about supporting individuals through transformation by guiding them to access and utilize their personal truth. She completed her training and certification for executive coaching through the NeuroLeadership Institute. She is also certified in Korn Ferry Leadership Architecture (KFLA), a top framework for effectively managing talent and aligning business and talent strategies. Her partnership with coaching clients leans on neuroscience proven to strengthen leadership skills, build capacity, and improve communications.
In addition to leadership coaching expertise, Kate has deep experience promoting organizational shifts in a holistic, integrated way. She supports organizations in navigating change, building consensus and collaboration, strengthening communications, and improving performance. She is highly skilled in strategic planning, stakeholder evaluation and engagement, change implementation, and communication planning.
Kate holds a double degree in English and political science from Oregon State University and a master’s degree from the Yale School of the Environment, where she focused on green business law and policy. Kate likes to spend her spare time with family and friends and enjoys trail running, reading, hiking, camping, and exploring the outdoors.
