Five Behaviors of Personal Development (5BPD)

For Managers and Directors

This program guides leaders to evaluate their performance as an individual, based on the five behaviors of personal development: trust, conflict, commitment, accountability, and results. Participants learn how to apply these behaviors and concepts to create thriving relationships in the workplace.

Development consists of either four two-hour sessions over Zoom, or two four-hour sessions in person, within eight weeks to keep consistency of learning environment.

Session 4: Focusing on Results; Summary and Action Planning
