The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™

For Managers and Directors

This program guides teams of leaders to evaluate their performance as an individual and as a team, based on the five behaviors of a cohesive team: trust, conflict, commitment, accountability, and results.

Participants learn about themselves and each other; using their new understanding to forge a stronger, more cohesive team. Tools, resources, and individual support are provided over the course of the program, allowing the team to learn the model, customize it for their own team, and practice, adjust, and increase their positive behaviors in a way that lasts.

The program includes

  • 5BCT assessments
  • Facilitated sessions of over six months to build the practices
  • Re-ignite sessions over a second six months to sustain positive behavior change
  • A 5BCT progress report at the one-year mark
  • Includes: workbook binder with 40-page report; individual, dual, triad, group activities; facilitated discussions; video segments; team goal planning.
