Adele Hughes Hromco is an expert in organizational and leadership development, change management, strategic planning and facilitation. She has a diverse background in business, education, health care, communications, and community engagement.
In her leadership role with Providence St. Joseph Health, Adele served as Master Change Facilitator for the Oregon region. In this role, she led operational change initiatives, as well as developed and led a region-wide cultural change initiative.
As principal consultant at Bridge Connections Consulting, Adele consults for multiple nonprofit and for-profit organizations.

Outside of work, Adele facilitates fun, manages change and creates a semblance of order for her family – 1 husband, 4 kids, 2 cats and 7 chickens. She throws a great party, makes a fabulous meal, picks berries in the summer and reads books in the winter.
